FALL 2015 Digital Humanities Course List Now Available

A list of Fall 2015 courses for the Digital Humanities Graduate Certificate is now available. Courses include a Digital Humanities Practicum led by Dr. Robert Allen, an Historical and Cultural Visualization Proseminar course offered by Victoria Szabo at Duke University, and a Gaming and Social Networks course at North Carolina State University. DIL/IAH Faculty Fellowships: Now Accepting Applications

DIL/IAH Faculty Fellowships support UNC faculty who are interested in developing digital approaches as a significant dimension of their academic practice in the humanities. Fellows receive a semester of leave, up to $15,000 in project funds, and project management and technical support from the Digital Innovation Lab. Information sessions are August 25th and September 2nd, 3:30-5pm. Applications are due September 30th. More info…

Meet the 2015/2016 CDHI Graduate Fellows

Cicek Beeby, a PhD student in Classical Archaeology; Jami Powell, a PhD student in Anthropology; and Angus Lyall, a PhD student in Geography are the 2015/2016 Carolina Digital Humanities Initiative Graduate Fellows.
